I review the beers I drink

Bogle Vineyards – Phantom Chardonnay 2018

Pours a clear straw color, smells of pear, green apple, and wildflowers. The taste is semi sweet with flavors following the nose of pear, green apple, and honey on a full body. The finish is lightly tart, featuring notes of apple skins, jasmine rice, and soft oak. Overall, this is a very good Chardonnay, very well balanced and complex; endlessly refreshing.

IBU:
Malts:Chardonnay
Hops:Aged in French Oak
Other:Sur lie aged for 14 months with lies stirring twice a month.
