Hazy with minimal head retention, smells of mango, guava, and grapefruit. The taste is crisp and doughy with notes of mango, papaya, pineapple, lime, and grapefruit on a full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of mango, grapefruit pith, and floral hops. Overall, it’s very heavy on the funky mango flavor throughout, but I enjoy it. Definitely smoother and less bitter than expected for a beer this strong.
