Lightly hazy with great head retention, smells of pineapple, citrus, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and doughy with notes of papaya, sourdough, and lemon on a smooth full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, floral, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s not bad, closer to a West Coast-style IPA, with hints of New England haze and juiciness, and just a touch of Belgian witbier flavor underneath, but very well balanced and drinkable.
