Crystal clear with solid head retention, smells of toasted bread, juniper, and orange oil. The taste is crisp and fruity with toasted bread, strawberry, candied orange, and honey flavors on a medium body. The finish is moderate in length and bitterness, featuring notes of orange pith, floral, and soft pine hop notes. Overall, this is a really good, and really unique beer. The yeast actually lends an almost savory note (at times reminiscent of a honey glazed smoked ham!) to the fruity/malty/hoppy flavor profile that is exquisite, and unlike any beer I have ever had. Definitely a beer you have to experience for yourself.
