Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Stone – Go To IPA

Crystal clear with minimal head retention, smells of mango, melon, and citrus. The taste is crisp and bready upfront with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple underneath the full body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal, pine, and floral hops as well as a hint of grapefruit pith. Overall, it’s a decent West Coast-style IPA, a bit more bitter than I prefer personally, but still worth trying if you like the style.
