I review the beers I drink

Maine Beer Company – Wolfe’s Neck

Moderately hazy with solid head retention, smells of pineapple, mango, and wildflower honey. The taste is a balance of crisp toasted bread, sweet pineapple and mango, and juicy citrus all on a full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness with notes of grapefruit peel, orange pith, floral and herbal hops. Overall, this is an excellent IPA, feels like the “single” version of Dinner; very juicy and approachable yet restrained and complex at the same time.
