I review the beers I drink

Caduceus Cellars – Anubis 2017

Flashlight shows a bright ruby hue, smells of berries, leather, and forest floor. The taste is lightly sweet and fruity yet balanced by acidity and featuring notes of blackberry, black cherry, and fig on a medium body. The finish is long and dry with notes of steak, grape must, and oak. Overall, this is very good in my inexperienced opinion, I really like the balance between fruity, and acidic, and dry.

ABV:13.5%
IBU:
Malts:60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Durif.
