I review the beers I drink

Merkin Vineyards – Shinola Rosado 2019

Pours a proper rose hue, smells of strawberry, apple, and watermelon. The taste is lightly sweet and fruity with notes of strawberry and grape on a light body. The finish is long and semi-dry with notes of green tea, grape must, and cranberry. Overall, I like it, not as sweet as I expected a rosé to be, but for the better, and the end result is endlessly complex.

Malts:"Italian clones, including but not limited to Sangiovese, Montepulciano, or Dolcetto."
