I review the beers I drink

Havoc Mead – Hop Swarm

Hazy with no head retention, smells of honey, floral, and tropical hops. The taste is crisp and citrusy up front with subtle notes of pineapple, melon, and mint underneath the full body. The finish is short and not bitter, with notes of mineral water, lemon juice, and a touch of floral hops. Overall, it’s not bad, the end result isn’t so much hoppy as lemony and a touch drier than the others, but it’s very drinkable.
