I review the beers I drink

Allagash – North Sky

Flashlight shows a hazy ruby hue with light head retention, smells of raisins, caramel, and toffee. The taste is crisp and lightly smoky with loads of raisin and plum flavor underneath on a creamy full body. The finish is long with low to moderate bitterness featuring herbal, and citrus zest hop notes and touch of yeasty funk and residual smoke. Overall, this is a great stout with all the standard flavors and a great body, plus some extra Belgian flair just for good measure that really makes it stand out.
