I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Sap

Very hazy with light head retention, smells of grapefruit, pine, and wildflowers. The taste is crisp and doughy with a thick, chewy body; underneath flavors of melon and papaya dance upon the tongue. The finish is long with low to moderate bitterness, featuring notes of citrus pith, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s another fantastic NEIPA from Tree House. Complex, bold, and smooth just like any other, with a tropical fruit & pine flavor profile.
