I review the beers I drink

Hill Farmstead – Arthur

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of lemon, sour cherry and grassy hops. The taste is tart, past the point of puckering, there’s something else underneath but honestly I can’t taste it clearly enough through all the tart to identify; body is light. The finish is long with no bitterness, just lots more lemon juice flavor. Overall, maybe I’m getting burnt out on all these tart saisons, but this one is just too much and very one dimensional. I had kinda hoped for a bit more variety among these “Farmstead Ales.”
