Made a trip out to this brewery to play their disc golf course, happily patronized them afterwards. Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of mango, papaya, and subtle funk. The taste is crisp and bready up front with light juicy citrus and melon underneath the full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, with notes of citrus peel, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a pretty good DIPA that’s well balanced and enjoyable.
