Clear with light head retention, smells of candied grapefruit and subtle doughy malts. The taste is sweet and juicy with tons of citrus flavors, predominantly grapefruit, on a medium body. The finish is moderate in length and bitterness, with notes of citrus peel, floral, and piney hops. Overall, this is a fantastic fruit IPA, it’s like a Schöfferhofer grapefruit weiss with a healthy American dose of hops. Extremely refreshing and absolutely delicious.
