Crystal clear with zero head retention, smells of apple and pear with an odd floral note underneath. The taste is sweet with lots of juicy apple flavor and a slight apple skin tannin note on a light, effervescent body. The finish is short and mildly astringent with a lingering pear/jasmine/soap note that is slightly off-putting at first but you get used to it. Overall, it’s unlike any cider I’ve ever had, but not terrible. Wouldn’t really seek it out, but it’s enjoyable.
