Bay State – Becky Likes the Smell

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of papaya, honey, and cake batter? The taste is crisp with juicy citrus and tropical fruits dancing behind a tapestry of toasted bread and glazed donuts; body is medium. The finish is long and moderately bitter, with notes of citrus peel, herbal, and pine hops. Overall, it’s not terrible, just terribly confusing with the unattenuated confectionery sweetness underneath it all.
