I review the beers I drink

Unibroue – Blonde de Chambly

Very hazy with light head retention, smells of banana, clove, and orange peel. The taste is crisp and spicy with a doughy, funky yeast profile beneath the full, effervescent body. The finish is long but low in bitterness, with soft herbal and spicy hop notes underneath residual yeast flavors. Overall, it’s a (relatively) light and very sessionable ale with Belgian complexity.
