Slightly hazy with moderate head retention, smells of toasted bread and floral hops. The taste is crisp and bready, with a softer doughy character underneath and a smooth full body. The finish is moderate in duration and bitterness, with notes of citrus peel as well as floral and grassy hops. Overall, it’s not bad, a hoppy take on a kellerbier; not mind-blowing, but tasty.
