My first Japanese beer on the site! Clear with minimal head retention, smells of a mellow citrus, presumably yuzu, with honey and subtle hops underneath. The taste is crisp and clean with a flavor kind of like honeydew melon and lime in the background, paired to a medium body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, with notes of herbal and grassy hops combined with mineral and residual yuzu flavors. Overall, it’s cool, a balanced and enjoyable lager with a very unique fruit flavor that doesn’t overpower; would definitely drink this again.
