I review the beers I drink

North Country Cider – Honey Badger

A single varietal cider featuring Honey Crisp apples, it’s crystal clear with no head retention; smells of apple cider, a tad vinegary, a tad boozy. The taste is crisp and juicy with fruit forward sweetness and a light body. The finish is quick and semi-dry with a light astringency. Overall, it does taste a little vinegary, or like that apple juice that came in plastic cups in grade school; it’s odd but not unpalatable.
