Special thanks to my boss, Bob for giving me this beer to review. HOLY SHIT that’s dark. I held my phone flashlight directly to the glass and couldn’t see any light on the other side. Dark fruity smell, kinda like plums or fig, or a port wine. Taste is similar, lightly fruity with strong malt and oaky vanilla creaminess. Finish is light hops and the booziness that is in the background the entire time.
