A very hazy cider with minimal head retention, smells of a blend of the other three ciders: fresh crisp reds, fragrant and honey-like golds and just a hint of tartness in the background like the rosé. The taste follows that previous description precisely, matched with a drying, lightly effervescent mouthfeel. The finish is just past the point of puckering, leading to a slow finale of saliva and subtle red apple skin tannins. Overall, I do suspect this of being a blend of the others in this pack, however, it’s also the best and most complex of the pack; I actually really enjoy this one.
