I review the beers I drink

Flying Dog – The Truth

Clear with good head retention, smells of grapefruit with some pine and alcohol underneath. The taste is warm and biscuity, with some juicy citrus notes underneath and a slick medium body. The finish is long, warm, and high in bitterness, with notes of herbal hops, citrus peel, and subtle pine. Overall, a solid DIPA with a strong hop presence, though not particularly unique.
