Clear with great head retention, smells of wildflowers and sourdough. The taste is crisp and toasty with hints of caramel and a soft doughy funk underneath; body is medium. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, with herbal, grapefruit and pine hop notes. Overall, it’s a fun IPA; a Belgian pale with strong American hopping.
