I review the beers I drink

Cisco Brewers – Indie IPA

Hazy with decent head retention, smells of fresh citrus and tropical fruit, with some subtle wildflowers underneath. The taste is crisp and bready with lighter, juicy peach amd apricot flavors hidden underneath; body is medium. The finish is long and moderately bitter, with citrus peel, herbal, and pine hop notes. Overall, it’s not a bad IPA, very drinkable, but not particularly memorable.
