Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Stone – IPA

Very lightly hazy with decent head retention, smells of pine with subtle herbal and citrus notes underneath. The taste is crisp and bready, with a strong peppery character, with sweeter, juicy citrus flavors underneath and a medium body. The finish is very long and moderate to high in bitterness, with heavy pine and herbal hop flavors. Overall, it’s a great IPA; nothing too exotic going on, but well crafted and complex.
