Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of fresh lime, coriander, a little salt; a gose. The taste is tart lime up front with some bready malts underneath, subtle hints of the spices, with a light body. The finish is clean with no bitterness, mostly just lime and salt flavors, but some subtle herbal/floral hopping is in there too. Overall, a very good traditional style gose that isn’t too sour, with an added splash of refreshing lime. This beer could hold its own against DFH’s SeaQuench.
