I review the beers I drink

Saranac – ADK Pils

Clear with minimal head retention, smells of toasted bread, honey, caramel and faint grassy hops. Taste is crisp and crackery with a strong peppery overtone, light minerality, and a full body. The finish is long lasting and moderately bitter, with citrus, herbal, and floral hop notes. Overall, this is a very good hop-forward pils that would make for a great summer session.
