Von Trapp Helles Lager
Clear with minimal head retention, smells of pilsner malt and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and biscuity with a bright mineral quality matched with a medium body. The finish is clean and low to moderate in bitterness with notes of grassy and herbal hops. Overall, there’s really not much to say about this one; it’s balanced and very drinkable, there’s just nothing really remarkable about it in any way.
