Extremely hazy with light head retention, smells primarily of fruity yeast: notes of cherry and citrus are very forward. The taste is kinda sweet, and surprisingly, a little sour, matching the fruit flavors of the nose with some toffee underneath and a medium body. The finish is dry and low in bitterness with mostly herbal with just a hint of pine hop flavor. Overall, I like this beer. Lighter in color and with a much more pronounced yeast presence than I expected, it makes for a very unique beer that doesn’t remind me of anything else; and that’s quite an accomplishment these days.
