Hazy with no visible sediment and admirable head retention, smells of orange zest, subtle peppery spices, and light toasted bread. The taste is crisp and citrusy with a bold spiced character and a creamy full body. The finish has a strong juicy citrus hop character with a low to moderate bitterness that ends dry and a little peppery; the alcohol content is not detectable anywhere. Overall, this is a great beer, dangerously sessionable and very complex, all while retaining balance among all the components.
