Clear with no head, smells of crisp apple and fresh cinnamon bark; kinda like an unbaked apple pie. The taste is sweet and tart, but balanced by the warm spiciness of the cinnamon and medium body. The finish is a little more tart, as the cinnamon slowly fades, but never gets to puckering, leaving a slightly tart, slightly warm finale that begs for more sips. Probably the best cider they make, at least that I’ve had, very sessionable, very pleasurable to session.
