Clear with no head, but it’s a cider; smells of crisp, tart green apples. The taste is very sweet and fruity, but the tartness is restrained by the medium body’s minerality. The finish however is a different story, as the carbonation is gone and the tartness kicks in just past the pucker point, leading to an astringent, salival finish. Overall, not bad, it more or less delivers what you’d expect for a green apple cider, but is quite sessionable.
