Finally something other than an IPA from Tree House! Flashlight shows zero light, head retention is moderate; smells of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and a hint of smokiness. The taste is semi-sweet with a silky smooth full body; notes of sweet cream, cappuccino, and just a touch of smoked bacon. The finish is moderate in duration and low in bitterness, with some light herbal hops and some residual smoke. Overall this is a fantastic milk stout, balanced in sweetness and bitterness, definitely worth a try!
