I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Holidaze Haze IPA

Moderately hazy with excellent head retention, smells of tropical fruits, citrus, and sourdough. The taste is soft and doughy, with some subtle citrus juice underneath the full body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness with citrus peel, pine, and herbal hop notes. Overall, the name is a tad ridiculous, but the beer is a pretty solid NE IPA, nothing groundbreaking, but solid and enjoyable.
