I review the beers I drink

Paradox – Beaver Bite IPA

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of pine, citrus, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and bready up front with lighter fruity undertones and a medium body. The finish is long and moderate in bitterness, with citrus peel, pine, and floral hop notes. Overall, it’s a nice, well rounded IPA, kind of a blend of an English and a NE IPA.
