Dogfish Head – The Perfect Disguise

From what I can tell, this is a kölsch (a doppelkölsch?) that is double dry-hopped. Hazy with decent head retention, smells of tropical citrus, pear, and a hint of honey. The taste is bready and lightly spicy with subtle juicy citrus and floral honey overtones and a slick, almost oily mouthfeel. The finish is long and moderately bitter with deep resinous notes of pine and citrus peel. Overall, I like it, it’s a nice balance of light fruity hops and intense oily hops in a quirky and enjoyable drinking experience.
